Our steel plate range includes ordinary carbon plates, manganese steel plates, medium and heavy plates, thin plates, checkered plates and other varieties. Products with customized thickness, width and material can be provided in accordance with customer requirements. All steel plates undergo multiple processes including precision rolling, leveling and polishing, as well as flaw detection. Featuring high strength, good toughness, excellent flatness, corrosion resistance and low deformation tendency, they can meet the load-bearing requirements of steel structures in large buildings and bridge projects. Meanwhile, they are also applicable to refined application scenarios such as mechanical equipment housings, hardware processing and shipbuilding.
As another flagship product of the company, round bars boast mature manufacturing techniques and a rich product range, covering carbon steel round bars, alloy steel round bars, stainless steel round bars and other series with complete specifications and precise tolerances. Stringent control is implemented over key production procedures including forging, rolling and quenching & tempering. The finished round bars feature smooth surfaces, uniform texture and stable mechanical properties, along with favorable wear resistance and tensile resistance. They are widely used in mechanical shaft components, fasteners, mold fittings, construction machinery parts and other fields, and can satisfy the requirements for high-precision machining and high-strength working conditions.
