Our leading product is PVD coating, a technology primarily used for the surface treatment of solid carbide cutting tools. Compared to CVD processes, PVD processes operate at lower temperatures (down to 80°C), with minimal impact on the bending strength of cutting tool materials below 600°C. The film's internal stress state is compressive, making it more suitable for coating complex carbide cutting tools. PVD also has no adverse environmental impact. PVD coating technology improves workpiece surface hardness, provides high-temperature resistance, and offers corrosion resistance.
